HALESTORM STOCK RISING

Our friends in Halestorm keep gaining momentum. They’re 2nd album was 10th on Billboard’s list of “Hard Rock Albums” and ranked 15th on Billboard’s top 200 albums in May’s Rolling Stone Magazine. Pair that with being covered on the uber-popular (and poppy) hit show “Glee” and that they recently topped the Active Rock charts with their single “Love Bites (So Do I)” — a first for a band headed by a woman — and you have the makings of a pretty impressive year (or start to one, at least). 2012 has been a coming out party of sorts, punctuated by a soon-to-be-in-full-swing tour this summer. If this is the first you’re hearing of them, check this out — The Patriot-News did a nice little feature on the central Pa band.
